Manx Telecom has generously agreed to host an evening of instruction on Mobile Phones including SMS (text) messaging, MMS (picture) messaging etc and an introduction to email, the internet and related applications.

Manx Telecom staff will be working with groups of six people to advise on the use of the internet and mobile phone devices.

The event will take place at the Manx Telecom Offices, situated at the Ballacottier Business Park, and will commence at 18.00 with a hot supper. Included in this event will be a tour of the Manx Telecom Service Centre and there will be an initial address by Chris Hall, MD of Manx Telecom.

As numbers are limited can you please respond by 14th April.

All members and non members are welcome and allocation will be made on a first come, first served basis.

The cost to attend, which includes the buffet supper, is £15 per person.

The Committee of the Isle of Man Branch of the Chartered Management Institute would like to thank Chris Hall for agreeing to hold this event and provide members of MT staff and the use of the MT premises.
